GUIDE LINES FOR AUTHORS for Paper Writing ..!


GUIDE LINES for Writing Papers

SOFT COPIES of All manuscripts must be formatted according to the following style sheet.

1.      File Format                      : MS Word format (.doc or .docx formats only)

2.      File Name                        : Name the file name as TITLE – AUTHOR format

3.      Page Size                         : A4 Size

4.      Page Layout                    : PORTRAIT

5.      Page Margins                  : Left – 1 inch / 2.54 cm

  Right – 1 inch / 2.54 cm

  Top – 1 inch / 2.54 cm

  Bottom – 1 inch / 2.54 cm

6.      Font                                  : TIMES NEW ROMAN / BOOK ANTIQUA

7.      Font Size                          : 12 point

8.      Line Spacing                   : 1.5 line space

9.      Tables                              : 2 point Lining / 1.5 Line space / Auto Fit to Window / must have Heading & Serial number in 12 point BOLD.

10.  Maximum Size               : 2000 words / 10 A4 Pages Whichever is Less

11.  First Page Should Contain – TITLE, Author(s) name, Designation, Office Address, House Address, Address For Correspondence, Phone Numbers (Both Office & Home), Mobile Number(s), Valid Email Address & Author(s)’s Color photograph of Size 4.5cm x 3.5cm only.

Hard Copies:

1.      Papers must be printed on ‘85 GSM Executive Bond A4 Size’ paper & on One sided only with the above said specifications.

2.      Use Staple Only on the Left Side margin of the Paper.

3.      Don’t fold, Bend or Roll printed papers while sending through Courier / Post. Use A4 Full size covers only.

4.      Don’t attach any Photographs / Graphics Separately. Align them inside the matter and print them on good quality Printing Paper.

Instructions:

1.      Religious marks, anywhere in the File, are strictly not entertained and such papers will be disqualified from Scrutiny.

2.      Use of unparliamentary language is strictly prohibited and such papers will be disqualified from Scrutiny.

3.       Use of opinions without a little / No proper base of information is Strictly restricted and such papers will be disqualified from Scrutiny.
